A popular hospitality group is preparing to transform the Cross Keys culinary scene. Atlas Restaurant Group, in partnership with Chef Jeffrey Mei, is bringing Nine Tailed Fox to the neighborhood next year.

The Chinese concept is currently being constructed in the Roland Park region of Cross Keys. A press release provided to What Now DC states that once completed, the vast space will be able to seat up to 200 visitors and will feature a rooftop terrace.

Nine Tailed Fox, named after a mythological Chinese entity, is aiming for a spring of 2025 opening.

The restaurant will offer guests a warm and elevated dining experience, grounded in superior service and exceptional cuisine.

Atlas founder and president Alex Smith expresses enthusiasm for the group’s latest project, stating “We believe the historical and cultural significance of the name, combined with the restaurant’s unique design and culinary offerings, will make it a standout in the city’s dining scene.”
