Peruvian restaurant Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar will open a restaurant in Bethesda as its third location in the Greater Washington area.
The restaurant signed a lease for the new location at 7401 Woodmont Ave., replacing Italian restaurant Cesco Osteria, which closed in January 2022, the Business Journal reported on Monday.
The Peruvian eatery currently has a location in Washington, DC, and another one in Reston, Virginia, among several other spots across the country, according to its website. The opening date for the Bestheda location is yet to be announced.
Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar is part of Centurion Restaurant Group, a hospitality group that also operates Bulla Gastrobar and Beehive Kitchen.
The group’s new Peruvian restaurant location will span 5,500 square feet that Cesco Osteria occupied, according to the Business Journal. The lobby in the existing space will be expanded.
The restaurant serves various cocktails and Peruvian-inspired dishes that include sushi and ceviche offerings.
