A rapidly expanding hospitality group is bringing Reston diners a taste of some of the DMV’s best Thai food. Pattana Restaurant Group will be bringing its concept, Sense of Thai, to the neighborhood in 2026, reports local media outlet The Burn.

The popular eatery will be moving into the Reston Station Midline project, near the Wiehle Avenue exit from 267, however a precise address has not yet been announced.

Sense of Thai first entered the Virginia dining scene at One Loudoun in 2015. The restaurant and its delicious approach to Southern Thailand’s cuisine immediately made a powerful impression on local foodies. Pattana will be opening a second Sense of Thai restaurant in the South Riding Market Square shopping center this month and adding a Bethesda location in 2025.

The Pattana Restaurant Group is the mind and kitchen behind several of the region’s best Thai eateries. In addition to Sense of Thai, Pattana’s roster includes Tiki Thai, Dok Khao Thai Eatery, Bird’s Eye Thai, and Thai At.
