A Loudoun shopping center is counting on the arrival of a beloved national chain to bring a rush of business and customers to the area. Shake Shack will be making its regional debut at the Cascades Marketplace, reports local media outlet The Burn.

The immensely popular fast-casual restaurant is part of a full reworking of the shopping center, located at 21000 South Bank Street. An estimated opening date is not currently available, however the project has filed a rezoning application, which is currently under community review.

Shake Shack will be a neighbor to new Taco Bamba and Chiko restaurants, as well as a relocated Starbucks and an array of retail stores, all intended to rejuvenate the struggling marketplace.

Shake Shack has developed a massive international fan-following since its inception in New York City in 2004. The chain has more than 400 global locations, anchored by an array of burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, and of course, the titular shakes.
