Sixty Vines, the restaurant known for its wine on tap program and vineyard-inspired cuisine, will open its first Virginia location at Reston Town Center on Monday, December 11. Inspired by wine tasting rooms around the globe, the 12,857-square-foot restaurant is designed with an open layout with communal tables that offer both indoor and outdoor seating, a full bar, and a private events space.
Sixty Vines’ wine on tap system offers the closest “from the barrel” tasting experience outside the vineyard and the most sustainable way for guests to enjoy wine. They offer 60 different wines on tap selected from wine country regions around the world. Guests are invited to discover wine served by the flight, half glass, glass, or bottle. Selections include a variety of reds, rosés, and whites, along with a variety of cocktails and mocktails.
Sixty Vines pairs simple cuisine with a variety of sustainable wines on tap. They take a “pinkies down” approach to both wine and food, including shared plates like charcuterie boards, hand tossed pizzas, and pasta dishes inspired by the wine regions around the world. The global menu includes custom charcuterie boards, fresh salads, and wood-fired pizzas such as Fig and Prosciutto, Spicy Sausage, and Mushroom and Kale. Entrée highlights include homemade pasta dishes, vibrant seafood entrées like Atlantic Salmon and Grilled Swordfish, and hearty features such as the Double Cabernet Burger and the Wood Grilled Bavette Steak. Dessert favorites include Sticky Toffee Cake and Deviled Affogato.
Sixty Vines is open for lunch, dinner, and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. The restaurant will open for dinner from 4 – 10 p.m. on Monday, December 11. Regular hours of operation will be Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.; and Sunday, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
