Starbucks Preparing New Ballston Location

The chain’s latest Arlington store will be opening in early April.

One of America’s favorite coffee chains will soon be brewing hot cups of java in a new Arlington location. Starbucks will be debuting its latest Ballston cafe this spring, reports local media outlet ARL Now.

The coffee juggernaut will be opening in conjunction with the new Harris Teeter market, located at 624 North Glebe Road.The site is currently under active construction, with the grand opening planned for early April.

A Starbucks representative confirmed the spot, stating “Starbucks is always looking for great locations to better meet the needs of our customers, and we are happy to confirm that we will be opening a new location at 624 N. Glebe Road in Arlington, VA in the spring of 2024.”

The beloved cafe, known for its hot and cold coffee drinks and bakery items, already has a strong presence in Arlington. The coffee shop has about 20 locations across the city, and nearly 36,000 worldwide.
