Starr Hill Brewery is set to open its new location in the Capitol One Center, located at 1805 Capitol One Drive, according to a recent article from Washington Business Journal.

A representative of Starr Hill Brewery did not immediately return What Now Washington DC’s request for comment.

According to Starr Hill’s recent press release, the brewpub will open in early 2024. Situated beneath the popular rooftop Biergarten and spanning a generous 7,572 square feet, this new establishment will seamlessly combine the renowned Starr Hill brand craft beer with an expanded menu, featuring a selection of wines and spirits that have endeared the DMV community.

As guests step into the Brewpub, they will be greeted by two separate bars boasting an array of over 20 beers on tap. These beers will be accompanied by a robust cocktail menu, with an extensive selection of ciders and wines.

Menu options at Starr Hill Brewpub are described as Americana-inspired high-quality pub fare. They will also be launching a renewed and updated food menu for its current Biergarten, with the addition of its new Executive Chef Steve Winterling beginning in July of this year.

Seating capacity at the brewery will be nothing short of impressive, with over 225 seats available. The inviting ambiance will extend beyond the indoor space, as an outdoor patio area will provide a setting for guests to relax and savor their meals and drinks. Moreover, a stunning 2,000 square feet mezzanine will offer additional seating options.
