One of the DMV-area’s most beloved pizzerias is bringing the authentic taste of Southern-Italian cuisine to a second Virginia location later this year. Stellina Pizzeria will be opening a new shop in Tysons this spring, reports Eater Washington DC.

The popular restaurant will be opening at 1640 Capital One Drive in the Capital One Center. The new location will be Stellina’s fourth storefront, overall.

The pizzeria’s newest home will blend style and function. The restaurant will prominently feature a glass-encased commissary kitchen, allowing customers to engage with the theater of food preparation.

An official opening date has not yet been announced, but Stellina is hoping to begin serving slices in early spring.

Founded in 2019 by Chef Matteo Venini and Antonio Matarazzo, Stellina specializes in a unique form of Neo-Neapolitan pies. Customers interested in exploring Stellina’s non-pizza offerings will be able to choose from menu items such as paninis, salads, and pastas.
