A Chantilly favorite steakhouse is paving the way to Sterling’s next great dining obsession.Bourbon Boulevard has made a strong impression on foodies through its impressive beverage selection and superior steak and seafood menu. Luckily for Sterling diners, the restaurant is planning to open a local storefront in the Dulles Town Center this autumn, reports local media outlet Northern Virginia Magazine.

Bourbon Boulevard will be moving into the space at 21078 Dulles Town Cir that last housed a P.F. Chang’s. Locals will undoubtedly be delighted to see any kind of action occurring in the storefront; it’s been vacant since Chang’s shut its doors in May of 2020.

The taste of something new and exciting is just around the corner for Sterling residents; Bourbon Boulevard owner Kiran Gunnan confirms to What Now DC that he anticipates opening the Dulles Town Center restaurant at some point in September.

Future regulars already familiar with Bourbon Boulevard can look forward to enjoying the same great cuisine Chantilly already knows and loves. For those unfamiliar, that means excellent cuts of beef including A5 Japanese Wagyu and a Tomahawk ribeye, delicious seafood and pasta, and even an impressive array of salads for the non-meat eaters.

Of course, the drink selection will be on point as well. The whiskey selection alone contains over 1,300 varieties, alongside myriads wines and copious tequilas.

The Sterling Bourbon Boulevard will deviate from the Chantilly location in one significant way, however. Gunnan states that the restaurant will feature a tent for cigar smoking.
