One of Fairfax’s finest sushi restaurants is bringing its delicious spin on the Japanese favorite to Sterling. Sushi Cho will be opening a new location-the eatery’s second-in the Dulles 28 Centre, reports local media outlet The Burn.

The restaurant is bringing its sushi and sashimi to one of the shopping center’s end cap units, located at 22000 Dulles Retail Plaza #100. The space formerly housed Cubasi Bistro, which is moving to a new home in Ashburn. Sushi Cho is still in the early stages of its newest location and an opening timeline is not currently available.

The Japanese restaurant offers an extensive menu that isn’t limited to sushi. Guests can also choose from soups, salads, a variety of teriyaki platters, tempura, katsu, and noodle dishes. Of course, the spotlight falls firmly on the sushi; Sushi Cho offers a selection of 100 specialty rolls. Additionally, the over 21 crowd can enjoy a range of Japanese beers, as well as domestic brands.
