Sterling’s next great sushi obsession is showing signs of progress. Sushi Cho, which is moving into the Dulles 28 Centre, has hung signage and is moving to make the space its own, reports local media outlet The Burn.

The concept, which currently has one other location in Fairfax, is taking over a 3,000 square foot space at 22000 Dulles Retail Plaza, unit 100. While all signs of Cubasi Bistro, the storefront’s previous tenant, have been removed, construction has yet to begin on the restaurant. An opening timeline is not currently available.

Signage states the restaurant is “coming soon”, however the second location is not yet listed on Sushi Cho’s website.

The Japanese restaurant offers an impressive array of the titular sushi and sashimi, as well as soups and salads and dishes such as chicken teriyaki and unagi katsu. The over-21 crowd can choose from a wide selection of beers, including a collection of special Japanese brews.
