Tatte Signed on for New DMV Location

The popular bakery will be opening in Falls Church this summer.

An unstoppable bakery juggernaut is planting a new DMV flag, this time in Falls Church. Tatte, which already has a formidable presence in the DC metropolitan area, is bringing its baked goods to the neighborhood, reports local media outlet ARLNow.

Official documents show that Tatte has signed onto open as a part of the Modera Falls Church apartment buildings, located at 1001 West Broad Street. While a precise opening date is not currently available, the bakery is aiming for a summer of 2025 opening.

According to the documents shared at the City of Falls Church Economic Development Committee Meeting, Tatte signed onto the Modera project on November 26, 2024.This will be the chain’s 17th location in the DMV region. 

Founded by Tzurit Or in Boston in 2007, Tatte has set itself apart in the crowded dining scene through its delicious baked goods and all day breakfast options. The brand has expanded to include 39 locations across New England and the DMV.
