The minds behind For Five Coffee Roasters are preparing to show Arlington that they know their way around more than just great java. The company’s founders are debuting a new European-style bistro called The Angie next year, reports local media outlet ARLNow.
The fresh new concept will be serving American-French fusion cuisine out of a freshly erected mixed-use Virginia Square building, located at 3901 Fairfax Drive.The space will provide seating for up to 162 customers, complete with al fresco dining options, a full-service bar, a private dining room, and a lounge. An exact opening date is not yet available, however The Angie team anticipates a spring of 2025 opening.
The restaurant will serve a sophisticated European menu, with American flair. Guests can look forward to enjoying dishes including lobster frites and ricotta ravioli with kalamata olives.
The Angie is a joint partnership between the For Five Coffee Roasters team and the Balos Restaurant Group. Co-founder Stefanos Vouvoudakis states “This partnership has brought our vision of elevated American French dining to life.”
