The popular taco restaurant Torchy Tacos is slated to open at Federal Plaza in Rockville, Maryland in 2024.
The new Tex-Mex restaurant in Maryland will open in the summer of 2024, according to WTOP News. The restaurant has five locations in Virginia.
The Texas-based chain with over 100 locations across the country is known for serving tacos and queso and margaritas made from scratch. The restaurant’s menu also features “Taco of the Month.”
What Now DC reached out by phone and email to Torchy Tacos’ founder Mike Rypka for additional information and comment but hasn’t heard back.
