A plant-based meal offers many benefits to both the individual eating and to the environment at large. However, vegetarian dining can seem inaccessible at times. A popular DMV concept plans to help ameliorate that sense of restriction through its delicious cuisine. Chay, a restaurant that focuses on Vietnamese vegetarian fare, is preparing to open its second location in Chantilly, reports local media outlet The Burn.

The beloved concept will be joining the Westfields Restaurant & Retail Park at 5005 Westone Plaza. Chay is bringing a very different energy and vibe to its new storefront as it takes over the space that previously housed Moe’s Southwest Grill.

An opening timeline is not presently available for Chay’s Chantilly location. What Now DC has made contact with ownership and will update readers with details as they become available.

DMV residents who simply cannot wait to sample Chay’s fare can stop into its open and operational Falls Church location at 6351 Columbia Pike, Suite 201.The menu offers a delicious range of noodles, soups, rice platters, and hot pot. Chay also offers a gluten-free selection for those with dietary restrictions.
