A DMV favorite pizzeria is about to make even the most shopping-averse Bethesda residents hungry for a trip to the mall. Andy’s Pizza is bringing its celebrated slices and pies to the Westfield Montgomery mall, reports local media outlet MoCo Show.

The beloved concept will be serving its award winning fare in a storefront situated between Chipotle and Cava in the 7101 Democracy Boulevard shopping center’s dining terrace. An official opening date hasn’t been announced yet, however the Westfield website has Andy’s listed as “coming soon”-a nebulous designation but still a positive sign of forward momentum.

Once Andy’s opens its doors, hungry visitors will be able to stop in for a hot slice between 10 am and 9 pm, Mondays through Saturdays, and from 11 am to 7 pm on Sundays.

Andy’s is certain to prove quite the draw for Westfield Montgomery. The pizzeria has earned incredible acclaim both domestically and internationally. Andy’s dough helps it to stand out from the competition; the website explains what makes it so remarkable and distinctive, saying: “A 72-hour cold ferment gives our crust a unique crisp but soft bite with a touch of sourdough.”

Andy’s has a relatively formidable presence across the DMV-one that is continually growing. The restaurant already has one location open in Montgomery County and is developing a new storefront in the Kentlands neighborhood of Gaithersburg.
