North Italia, a modern Italian restaurant, is getting ready to open its first Orlando restaurant in a new, large, 8,456-sq. ft. building in the Rialto Orlando shopping plaza on West Sand Lake Road. It is slated to open the first week in November.
It will be the third North Italia restaurant in Florida. The others are in Dadeland and Miami. The restaurant chain is a subsidiary of the Cheesecake Factory that is based in Calabasas, California. North Italia was acquired by the Cheesecake Factory in 2019. The Orlando location is a corporate-owned store, according to a person training employees at the new location.
The restaurant offers house-made pizzas, salads, sandwiches and other dishes. All of its locations have their own menus. It also boasts a large assortment of wines, beer and cocktails.
