Simon Property Group across several of its Georgia malls and outlet centers has welcomed an influx of new retailers and dining options in recent months with more expected to open in the coming weeks, the real estate developer announced in a press release this week.
Some highlights include a shiny-new, glassy Apple store in Lenox Square, an AG pop-up in Phipps Plaza, and Georgia’s first Lafayette 148 New York — also in the high-end Buckhead mall. Other Simon properties that recently added new tenants include Sugarloaf Mills, Calhoun Outlet Marketplace, Town Center at Cobb, and North Georgia Premium Outlets.
Town Center at Cobb undoubtedly added the largest number of new tenants this year including the state’s first Pac-Man Zone. Other additions include I Luv Pho, See’s Candies, Mandarin Express, Bread-Puddy-Licious, and Diamond Ring Co. Town Center is also expected to welcome three new tenants soon: Taco Bell, A’More Uniquely Me, and Ice Land Jewelry.
Other additions now open:
Calhoun Outlet Marketplace
Levi’s Outlet Store
North Georgia Premium Outlets
Versace
Phipps Plaza
Fashioning Space
Ennylaup
Clay Luxury Kids
Great additions – can’t wait to see which ones are selected for random acts of violence by our steady stream of new Atlanta residents!
I just read this morning that there have been seven incidents of gun violence at Lenox Mall this year.
Are you really thrilled about harmful acts created against our Buckhead community?
Pretty sure there was a bit of sarcasm involved in that comment.
