Fitlife Foods plans to open its first physical location in the city of Atlanta in the Tuxedo Festival Shopping Center, found in the 3600 block of Roswell Road.

Fitlife Foods offers a menu that includes 39 original sauces, 13 different spice blends and more than 60 meals as part of its premade meal delivery and takeout service.

The retail location at the shopping center will reportedly sell prepackaged foods prepared at an offsite commissary with no on premises food preparation planned, according to permits filed with the city.

Plans for the project include alterations to the existing retail space’s interior which will include new partitions, fixtures and finishes with associated MEP.

Cost of construction is expected to be $250,000 in a space that is reported to be 1,040 square feet, according to permits filed with the city.

A rep with Fitlife Foods said that number is not accurate.

According to the Tuxedo Festival site plan, the center sits in a highly visible Buckhead corner with an average household income of more than $170,000 within a one-mile radius. Other retailers in the center include Zoe’s Kitchen (set to become sister concept CAVA Grill), Duck Donuts, Solcioty Fitness and CHOPT.

Already with 12 locations throughout Florida, Fitlife Foods is currently available in Atlanta for home delivery options only.
