When the Old Mansion House reopens at the helm of new owner Evan Lambert, proprietor of Savona in Gulph Hills, it will serve as an upscale dining establishment. More Than The Curve reports that Lambert plans to renovate the building and hopes to add a deck. The two upper floors of the restaurant, at 641 Elm St. in Conshohocken, would not be used for dining.
Lambert founded the award-winning Savona Restaurant in 1997. Other projects under the Lambert Collective include Bahia Hotel and Beach House, Bar Esquina, Starwine International Wine Competition, GLASSBYGLASSNYC, and Toscana Restaurant.
