Since opening in 2018, Esther’s Kitchen has grown in popularity in its location on Casino Center Blvd—so much so that the restaurant has decided to step things up a bit with a larger space. Esther’s will move to a new spot at 1131 S Main St, previously occupied by antique shop Retro Vegas, according to recent coverage in the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
“It’s a really incredible building, and we’re going to try and stay as authentic to the building as it exists now,” Eric Gladstone, a spokesperson for the restaurant, told the Review-Journal. “Nothing’s getting knocked down; we like that building.”
With more room, Esther’s Kitchen will continue offering its delicious Italian food in a space oriented around the new location’s courtyard.
The Esther’s dinner menu opens with its Housemade Sourdough Bread, offered in a number of varieties, including Cambozola (blue cheese + walnut + pickled grapes) and Fegatini (chicken liver and foie gras + saba + strawberry). What follows is an exciting selection of Naturally Leavened Pizzas, pastas, and entrees that include the Merguez Pizza (spicy lamb sausage + chorizo + pomodoro + fontina), Bucatini (guanciale + red onion + chili + white wine + amatriciana), and Beef and Pork Meatballs. A number of seasonal dishes are also available.
And this is only the beginning: Esther’s Kitchen also offers a tasty lunch menu, brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, desserts, after-dinner drinks, and an array of creative cocktails.
What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach Chef James Trees for comment last week. Construction on the new location is expected to carry through until an opening in 2023.
