Founded in Los Angeles in 2010 by rock legends Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley, Rock & Brews has grown steadily, with twenty locations in operation around the country. The brand is currently gearing up for a push to open seven more locations before the end of 2023. One of these is planned for the STRAT Hotel, Casino, and Skypod.

Rock & Brews will open in an 8500-sq.-ft. space, serving up classic American foods like wings, burgers, sandwiches, and barbecue—plus a selection of more than fifty draft beers, including signature beers like Red R Love red ale and Hazed and Confused IPA.

“The Strat is totally aligned with our vision to offer a fun, welcoming place for rock ’n’ roll fans to eat, drink and party,” Rock & Brews CEO Adam Goldberg said in a press release. “Paul, Gene and the entire Rock & Brews crew can’t wait to open our doors in Vegas.”

At the STRAT, Rock & Brews will be part of a growing community of dining locations, including Top of the World, McCall’s Heartland Grill, and George Lopez’s upcoming Chingon Kitchen.

Rock & Brews is expected to open at The STRAT before the end of next year.
