The Center at Lake Mead, a newly-renovated mixed-use office and retail business park in northwest Las Vegas, will soon welcome a Starbucks location into its southeastern-most building. Clark County recently issued a building permit for a new Starbucks location in the building, which sits on the northwest corner of the intersection with N Jones Blvd, at 6112 W Lake Mead Blvd.
There, Starbucks will be able to offer its famous tea and coffee drinks—lattes, hot and iced coffee, and its branded frozen drink the Frappuccino, among other hot and cold beverages—to other shoppers and commuters at local businesses and offices. Alongside the coffee, Starbucks also offers breakfast sandwiches and hot and cold sandwich options for lunch, chips, pastries, and desserts.
A number of other eateries are situated around the Lake Mead-Jones intersection as well, including—in the Center—a Pizza Hut, along with a number of other major fast food chains, like Burger King, KFC, and Domino’s Pizza.
What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of Starbucks for comment on Wednesday. No timeline for the Starbucks location’s construction and opening are currently available.
