Wilton Manors will soon welcome a new restaurant concept, Violet’s and Zen’s, into its food and drink community. Plan review paperwork was submitted recently for a restaurant by that name at 2010 Wilton Drive by 1785 LLC.

Violet’s and Zen’s will offer sushi, tapas, and a rooftop lounge. Its menu will feature starters like a Cobb Salad and a cheese sampler (with five ever-changing cheeses), and entrees like Seared Ahi Tuna and Pasta al Pomodoro. For dessert: Vanilla Cheesecake and Apple Pie.

What Now reached out to a representative of Violet’s and Zen’s earlier this week. The representative was not available for comment.

Situated just north of the intersection with Northeast 20th Street, the Wilton Drive location sits across Wilton Drive from a retail center that houses a wide variety of dining locations, including Paimyra Lounge: Middle Eastern Restaurant and Hookah Bar, What the Pho, Smile Empanadas, and Mamma Mia Bistro.
