Cafe Bread, a locally-owned cafe, will soon be opening in Orlando, according to public records. The establishment will be located at 6925 Lake Ellenor Dr, within Suite 111, near eateries such as Bombay Street Kitchen and Starbucks.

Owner Joseph Kim tells What Now Orlando that at this early stage in the process, much in way of the cafe’s culinary profile is still up in the air.

“We’re not fully set on the menu or the concept yet,” Mr. Kim says. “We want to be fully prepared before we make any announcement.”

When asked about the restaurant’s potential opening dates, Mr. Kim offered a similar response.

“Probably by March, but we are still finalizing the process.”

While information is slim as of now, readers can reasonably expect coffee and baked goods to be served at Cafe Bread, given the name. As soon as more information is readily available, What Now Orlando will update accordingly.
