The Austin coffee shop Palomino has recently signed a lease for an upcoming second location, according to recent real estate records.
The coffee shop will be located at 2023 Airport Blvd, near establishments such as Oddwood Brewing and Moontower Cider Company. The document in question states that the coffee shop will take up 3145 square feet.
If the new Palomino location will resemble the flagship store in aesthetic and selection, readers can expect a basic coffee shop menu within a vaguely southwestern and dog-friendly interior. In way of food, readers could expect a slim selection of donuts, kolaches, and tacos.
What Now Austin briefly spoke to owner Sterling Roberts to inquire about the upcoming space, offerings, and potential opening dates. Mr. Roberts found himself unable to provide comment for reasons which were not immediately made clear.
