The popular health eatery Sweetgreen is getting ready to open a few new locations, including one in Downtown Naperville at 223 S. Main St.

The company’s newest location is expected to open in Spring 2023, according to Chicago Tribune. Sweetgreen is also working on two more locations: one in Deer Park within the Deer Park Town Center at 20530 North Rand Road and another in Northbrook within the Willow Festival Shopping Mall at 984 Willow Road, Suite J. The health-conscious restaurant recently opened new locations in West Loop, Oak Park, Deerfield, and Schaumburg. The latter is the first concept to feature the company’s first ‘sweetlane’ drive-thru.

The company continues to be one of the fastest-growing healthy fast-food restaurants, offering a rotating seasonal menu of salads, warm bowls, and plates. This month Sweetgreen opened its newest location in Logan Square, at the Logan Apartments at 2500 N. Milwaukee Ave. To celebrate the occasion, the company donated one meal to the local food pantry Nourishing Hope for every meal sold.

Four other eateries are popping up around downtown Naperville, including the rustic wine bar and restaurant Davanti Enoteca at 47 E. Chicago Avenue; a cookie shop called Cookie’s & Dreams at 22 E. Chicago Avenue; and two more restaurants from Scott Harris Hospitality, who recently opened Smokeshow BBQ in the River District. The hospitality group will open a new restaurant on the north and south side of East Chicago Avenue, with the identities of each being withheld at the moment.
