A sports bar and restaurant concept with more than a dozen locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is moving into the Houston market. BoomerJack’s Grill is planning two locations for the Houston area.
One is being planned for the northwest corner of Grand West Blvd. and Grand Circle Blvd. in Katy and a second at the northeast quadrant of I-45 and Magnolia Blvd. in Webster, according to state project filings. The locations in Katy and Webster are expected to open in the spring of 2023.
Diners can catch a game on wall-to-wall TVs while enjoying some classic American fare and a cold beverage at BoomerJack’s. The menu features a wide variety of options from quesadillas, sandwiches, and salads to scratch-made entrees, hand-crafted burgers, and flatbreads. The bar menu is equally extensive with margaritas and craft cocktails, beer and wine, seltzer and ciders, and Boomer Shots and Boomerades available.
The chain from founder and CEO Brent Tipps with On Deck Concepts first opened in 2001. The Houston area BoomerJack’s locations will be the first outside of the DFW area.
