If you’re looking for a creative twist on traditional breakfast, you’re in luck. Stafford area diners may have some new and tasty breakfast options next fall, as Snooze, an A.M. Eatery prepares to open in the city.

According to a recent project filing, Snooze is expected to open in a new, 4,000-square-foot space at 12333 Southwest Fwy., Ste. 400 in Stafford, possibly sometime in September of 2023.

Snooze offers a responsibly-sourced and thoughtfully-prepared menu full of breakfast options made with real ingredients. The hand-crafted and seasonal menu offers some unique breakfast items such as Funky Monkey French Toast with griddled slices of banana bread with white chocolate chips, topped with caramel sauce, candied pecans, whipped mascarpone, and a brûléed banana. Omelets, breakfast tacos, pancakes, and a variety of benedicts are also on the menu.

If you’re in the mood for a cocktail, Snooze has that, too. From flavorful mimosas and the Brewmosa, made with a craft Belgian-style wheat beer and fresh orange juice, to Bloody Marys and Irish Coffee, Snooze has more to offer than traditional coffee drinks.

Snooze first opened in Colorado in 2006. Founded by brothers Jon and Adam Schlegel, Snooze now has about 50 locations across Arizona, California, Texas, and other states including about half a dozen restaurants in the Houston area.
