Las Cimas, the southwest Austin office park, located just south of the intersection of TX-360 and Bee Caves Road, will soon have an on-site food & beverage establishment, according to recent public records.

“The concept has not been decided yet,” Senior Property Manager Rebekah Lish tells What Now Austin. “We’re just refreshing the space for now.”

Las Cimas was formerly home to Whole Foods Express Market, a small, grab-and-go style outpost of the organic grocery giant. Whether the new establishment will mirror this former site, Lish was not able to specify.

“We’ll probably be looking at a micro-market solution, but we don’t have any vendors lined up yet.”

Pending results, locals who find themselves working around Las Cimas can anticipate a late 2023 opening for the establishment, per estimates listed on public records.
