Not far from the intersection of St. Rose Parkway and South Maryland Parkway in Henderson, golf training facility and hangout The Golf Stop is preparing to launch. Opening at 3458 St. Rose Pkway The Golf Stop will offer Henderson residents a place to hone their golf skills while sipping a beer and hanging out with friends.
“There are three ways to enjoy it,” co-owner Kaleb Labrum told What Now on Monday. “You can try to get better, have fun with your friends, or pass the time.”
Featuring four golf simulator bays, The Golf Stop will be open to the public, with a focus on membership and a country club feel. It’s intended, Labrum says, to be more than a Friday night hangout.
“It’s going to be for everyone,” Labrum says—but especially for “people who want to start playing more or start playing in general.”
The Golf Stop will also offer draft beer, occasional wine, and simple small bites. It’s aiming for an opening on July 1.
