News broke last summer of culinary icon Guy Fieri’s plans to open a new restaurant (called Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Sports Kitchen) at Caesars Entertainment’s Horseshoe Las Vegas, as the latter transforms and leaves behind its previous Bally’s brand. Add that to Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen and Bar at The Linq and Guy Fieri’s El Burro Borracho at The Rio, and it’s plain to see Vegas has been keeping the superstar chef busy.
According to recent coverage by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, however, Fieri’s relationship with Caesars Entertainment is continuing to develop, with another restaurant planned for Caesars Palace. Chicken Guy! will open in the resort’s Forum Food Hall.
Chicken Guy! offers chicken tenders and tender sandwiches like the Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ sandwich (Pepper Jack, bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauce, Special Sauce, slaw, pickles & BBQ kettle chips) and the Southwestern (Pepper jack, special sauce, avocado crema, lime mojo, charred corn, roasted peppers, black beans, lettuce, tomatoes & crispy tortilla strips).
“Guy Fieri is an integral partner for the Caesars Entertainment family, and we are so glad to welcome his culinary excellence to Caesars Palace,” Terrence O’Donnell, VP and assistant GM of Caesars Palace, said in a press statement.
What Now reached out to O’Donnell on Monday. O’Donnell was not immediately available for comment.
