A new Turkish steakhouse is preparing to open its doors in Hollywood. Liam’s Steakhouse will be the first fully kosher Turkish steakhouse not only in South Florida, but in the entire United States.
“It’s a boutique steakhouse,” owner Albert Shay told What Now on Monday. “All our steaks are 30-day dry-aged in-house.”
The menu will feature not only steaks but also Turkish dishes like the Adana Kabob with beef and lamb. Beer and wine will be served, along with a highly developed dessert menu created in partnership with a local kosher pastry chef.
“Kosher places often have those terrible frozen desserts,” Shay said. “But we’re going to have a very unique—only us—dessert menu.”
Liam’s Steakhouse will seat sixty-six guests inside and another thirty outside, opening at 5650 Stirling Rd.
EDITOR’S NOTE: A previous version of this article stated that Liam’s Steakhouse would open in Aventura. It will open in Hollywood.
