A new restaurant may soon be headed to Arville Square, a Chinatown destination home to a variety of exciting culinary concepts. Business licensing paperwork was submitted recently by Pot Master Restaurant Group LLC for a project called Pot Master, which would open in Suite #103 at 4300 Spring Mountain Road.

Behind Pot Master Restaurant Group LLC is Maya Kwong, a local restaurateur who is also behind Xiao Long Dumplings. Xiao Long Dumplings offers a menu featuring appetizers like Chicken in Chili Sauce and Sliced Pork Belly in Garlic Sauce, along with dumpling choices like Shrimp & Pork Soup Dumplings, Pork Pot Stickers, and Steamed Veggie & Mushroom Dumplings.

What Now reached out to Kwong on Wednesday to inquire about Pot Master. Kwong was not immediately available for comment. Further details on the Pot Master concept will remain unknown for the moment.

Opening in Arville Square, Pot Master would join an already highly developed culinary community that includes Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, Shinjuku Ramen, and Leatherneck Club. Xiao Long Dumplings is located just across Spring Mountain Road, along with restaurants like Pho 90 Vietnamese, Crown Bakery, and Mr. Tofu.

EDITOR’S NOTE: A previous version of this article gave the name of the shopping center as Shanghai Plaza. The address is for Arville Square, not Shanghai Plaza.
