Culver’s, the popular Wisconsin-based fast casual classic, will soon debut at 4704 Williams Dr. in Georgetown, near Simmer Down Café.

Following the founder’s motto of “We never compromise on quality,” Culver’s promises to use “fresh, never frozen beef and whole, white meat chicken from America’s family farms.”

Readers unfamiliar with the brand can expect to find the brand’s signature “Butterburgers”, fresh frozen custard, chicken sandwiches, salads, and more.

Public records examined by What Now Austin estimate that construction will start in January 2024 and reach completion by late summer. The project is estimated to cost $4.5 million, covering a nearly 83,000 square foot space.

“We also know quality is something you can taste,” the official website states. “So every ButterBurger is cooked to order and topped with a lightly buttered, toasted bun. And our Fresh Frozen Custard is made in small batches right in the restaurant all day, every day. It’s not the easiest way to do it, but we believe it’s the right way. “
