Vibe Foods Superfood Bar, the Colorado-based juice shop with a location in Memphis, appears to be opening a new site in the area at 1350 Concourse Ave.

The company’s second area location looks to be moving into the ground floor of the Crosstown Concourse Office, according to intel received by What Now Memphis. The premium health food restaurant is committed to serving real, clean, and delicious food, such as bowls and smoothies, coffees and lattes, organic cold-pressed juices, lemonade, wellness shops, bone broth, and more. There is no exact opening date, but construction will begin shortly, considering the new lease starts this month.

Shannon Weston opened this concept in 2008 after her family had to change their diet dramatically after discovering their children had food sensitivities that could eventually lead to serious health issues. The company started in Littleton at the Aspen Grove Mall before eventually opening a second location in Lone Tree and Parker, all in Colorado. Vibe Foods Superfood Bar expanded into Tennessee in 2020 at 3139 Poplar Ave.

“Our products are gluten-free, dairy-free, free of refined sugar, and unprocessed and are chock full of good nutrients, alive with enzymes, and loaded with minerals,” according to the company’s website. “But most importantly, they taste great! We are committed to sharing our belief that in our over-processed world, good food can be medicine. Our goal is to have our customers love our food and leave feeling great!”
