According to recent public records, Pizza Patron will soon begin building out a new location at 9411 N. Lamar Boulevard in Austin.

Per construction notes, the “Tenant Improvement of an existing restaurant tenant space into a new Pizza Patron restaurant” will cost an estimated $300,000 and cover around 2,759 square feet.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Pizza Patron, the business shares, “In 1986, the idea to infuse the bold flavors of Latin culture with pizza was born,” on its website.

Best known for its dough, the introduction continues, “We proof our dough for 12 hours so the yeast and sugars create the best flavor and texture profile. You can taste the difference, whether Classic, Maíz, or Thin crust.”

While construction is expected to wrap up by September, an opening date has not been announced yet.
