Anchor Point Winery & Resort is set to redefine luxury hospitality with its plans for the Temecula Valley. The 39841 Anza Rd. property will have a state-of-the-art wine production facility and food and beverage options, records show.
Plans were filed with Riverside County for the exciting addition to the local scene. The upcoming venue is on a 47-acre parcel that was sold in 2021 for $3.3 million. It’s in the heart of Temecula Wine Country, by Carter Estates Winery and Suites, Lorimar Winery, and South Coast Winery.
Records state it will be a “Class V Winery And Wine Production Facility With a One-Story Tasting Building, One-Story Production Building, Three-Story 82 Room Hotel, and Events Building.” The property will host wine tasting experiences, guided tours, and host private events, its website states.
Co-owner Rebaux Steyn has a storied history in the industry, as a managing partner of FLC, a hospitality company that owns Leoness Cellars, Temecula Valley Winery Management, Crush & Brew Restaurant and Bar, Espadin Restaurant and Bar, and Thompson and Twain Hidden Saloon, among other concepts.
