According to recent public records, a new independent establishment is coming to Cedar Park. Cedar Park Cafe, run by Nikolin Stojani and Mario Gjonaj, will be found at 2005 Little Elm Trail.
According to construction records, the construction will consist of “building out a shell space into a breakfast cafe,” covering 2232 SF and costing around $100,000.
In a brief interview with Mr. Gjonaj, he tells What Now Austin that not much information is currently available on the upcoming establishment. It will not be named the same as the LLC and it will serve breakfast food. Further information may take up to six months to release.

No opening date has been announced.
