A new cafe is headed to the intersection of West Spring Mountain Road and Westwind Road. According to licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by One Piece Cafe Las Vegas LLC, One Piece Cafe will open at 5600 Spring Mountain Road, Unit A.

Behind One Piece Cafe Las Vegas LLC are co-owners Timothy Dang and Jamie Nguyen. Dang and Nguyen also franchise several 7 Leaves Cafe locations in Las Vegas.

What Now reached out to Nguyen on Wednesday to inquire about the project. Nguyen confirmed news of an opening but said it’s too early to share details yet.

This means One Piece Cafe will remain under wraps for the moment. But be sure to check back for updates as What Now is awaiting more information.

Launching in Westind Plaza—across Westwind Road from Asian Pacific Plaza, which is itself home to restaurants like BBQ King and Pho Saigon 8—One Piece Cafe would join concepts like SK Seafood and Pho4Real.
