Allen area residents will soon have another option for coffee. A new Dutch Bros Coffee is in the works for 1306 W. Exchange Pkwy. in Allen, according to a recent project filing.
The 950-square-foot drive-thru coffee shop could open in early 2024. In 1992, Dutch Bros first opened in Oregon, and the brand has been popping up across North Texas in recent months.
The Dutch Bros menu offers Classics such as the Kicker, which is an Irish cream breve, and the Caramelizer—a caramel mocha. Rebel energy drinks, cold brews, and teas are also on the menu.
A fan favorite for the Dutch Freeze option, which is a blended coffee drink in a variety of flavors, is the Golden Eagle Dutch Freeze. It’s a blended vanilla caramel breve with a caramel drizzle. Muffin tops and granola bars are food options.
