Located at 2233 N Rampart Boulevard, Sicilian Guys Pizza is getting a sister restaurant. Sicilian Guys Trattoria, which will expand on the Sicilian Guys repertoire with an emphasis on a family-friendly environment, will open at 9800 W Skye Canyon Park Drive #190 later this summer.
“We’re going to be adding a lot more entrees,” owner Ignazio Sessa told What Now on Friday. Sessa named a few new choices, including a carbonara with guanciale, seven different pastas, various pizza offerings, New Zealand Lamb Chops, swordfish, and lots more.
There will be a full bar, too, but—Sessa stresses—no gaming, and no smoking.
“What we need in Skye Canyon is a place where you go for dinner and take the kids. We’re looking to open a nice family-family restaurant.”
Ignazio Sessa, who is also the owner of local favorite Omelette Cafe, says Sicilian Guys Trattoria is expected to open on August 15.
