One of the nation’s favorite coffee chains will be adding a little extra spring to Plainfield Township next year. Starbucks is opening a new location in the Slate Belt in 2025, reports local media outlet Lehigh Valley Live.

The unstoppable coffee juggernaut will be moving into a newly erected building currently being constructed on a lot at 6669-75 Sullivan Trail. When completed, the cafe will span 2,200 square feet. The Plainfield Starbucks is on track to open in March of 2025.

Starbucks has established itself as a powerful contender in the Lehigh Valley dining scene. The chain has many cafes spread across Whitehall, Allentown, Pohatcong Township, Hanover Township, Lower Nazareth Township, and Upper Saucon Township. Additionally, Starbucks has new locations in development at Wind Creek Bethlehem and Easton Avenue.

Starbucks has dominated the coffee market since entering the scene in 1971. The chain has expanded to include over 38,000 locations worldwide.
