The business community located around the intersection of Sun City Boulevard and Del Webb Boulevard appears to be the future home of a new Italian restaurant. Liquor licensing paperwork submitted to the City of Las Vegas shows Brunello Restaurant opening at 9320 Sun City Blvd #101.

Behind Brunello LLC, which submitted the paperwork, is owner Inga Davidian. What Now reached out to Davidian on Wednesday to inquire about plans for the Brunello Restaurant opening. Davidian was not immediately available for comment.

This does leave us guessing about Brunello’s menu offerings, but the name itself does provide hints. The name Brunello is the name of the grape used in the Italian wine Brunello di Montalcino. We’re expecting Italian cuisine and wine.

Davidian is also behind Kirkland, Washington’s Chianti Italian Restaurant.

Opening in the Sun City Boulevard location, Brunello Restaurant would join the business center situated across from the Palm Valley Golf Course.

Stay tuned for more details on Brunello Restaurant as they become available.
