Known as “the ‘Catedral’ of Authentic & Delicious Tortas Ahogadas, Carnitas & Birria in las Vegas & Reno,” Carnitas y Tortas Ahogadas Guadalajara is currently operating at three locations in Las Vegas, plus one more in Reno. Its location count in Vegas will soon be rising to four, however.

“Now With more Locations to Better Serve you, Consider our additional choices on our Menu is some locations,” says a recent post on the brand’s Facebook page, promising “quality ingredients you can taste.”

The post also lists a fourth Vegas location as “COMING SOON” to 8180 W Warm Springs Road.

That address is also given on licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by Alromina LLC for a new Carnitas y Tortas Ahogadas Guadalajara location, specifying an opening in Suite 103.

What Now reached out on Wednesday to owner Holanda Campos to inquire about the opening. Campos was not immediately available for comment.

Opening on the northeast corner of the intersection with South Cimarron Road, the new Carnitas y Tortas Ahogadas Guadalajara will join a food and drink community that includes Born and Raised Las Vegas, Good Ol’ Chicken, Pizza Guys, and Winchell’s Donuts.
