An Asian-fusion brunch concept is in the works in Las Vegas.

Ganbatte Coffee & Grill will be a ghost kitchen offering brunch items, such as breakfast soup, and beverages like Vietnamese coffee, available for delivery and catering.

Owner Vera Wesley told What Now Las Vegas they are in the permitting phase and they could be operational in the next several weeks. In addition to their physical space, she also envisions the concept having a presence at festivals and events to reach even more Nevadans.
