Chef Peter Botros and the Bread & Butter Hospitality group are preparing to bring Woodbridge its next great dining obsession. The restaurant team is opening a new location of its popular Staten Island concept, Violette’s, in the area, reports local media outlet Asbury Park Press.

The unique American and Italian eatery will be opening on the ground floor of the Modera apartment building, located at 10 Main Street. A precise opening timeline is not currently available, however Bread & Butter is hoping to open Violette’s newest location before the end of the year.

Violette’s has already made a big splash in the Staten Island dining scene. The restaurant serves “upscale contemporary American cuisine” in a unique and distinctive atmosphere. Violette’s Woodbridge location will mimic the model of the existing location, which the website describes, saying: “each visit is transformed into a memorable dining affair set against a backdrop of unique ambiance. Here, we specialize in an eclectic blend of contemporary American and Italian cuisine, each dish crafted to elevate your dining experience to new heights.”

Violette’s offers brunch every day of the week, weekly specials, and a dinner menu featuring small plates, cheeses, seafood, and salads.
