According to an article from the Daily Herald, The Greggory Hearth & Tavern plans to debut in the Arboretum of South Barrington.

A representative of The Greggory Hearth & Tavern was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Chicago’s request.

According to the article, “The Greggory plans to open in October or November offering chef-driven, live-fire cooking with an open kitchen design.”

“The Greggory Hearth & Tavern, which will be located in a 10,000-square-foot stand-alone building near The Hampton Social, is the result of a partnership between Gregg Horan, former managing partner of Gibson’s Restaurant Group, and Bill Veremis, former managing partner of Rosewood Restaurant.”

“They’ll feature classic American fare with some Mediterranean-influenced seasonal dishes and plenty of shared entree opportunities, including whole fish, prime cuts of beef prepared on the grill and rotisserie, and housemade pastas.”

The Greggory’s website states, “The Greggory is a fine dining restaurant serving fresh interpretations of American food and beverage classics in a comfortable yet elegant setting. Guests will experience the comfort and convenience of the local bar and restaurant with a large step up in the execution of food quality, presentation, and service.”
