Eatontown foodies, prepare to sink your teeth into a New Jersey favorite. Fuze Eatery Empanada House & Smoothie Bar is planning to open in the region before the year is out, reports local media outlet Asbury Park Press.

The concept, already a success in Long Branch, will be taking over the space last occupied by Cluck-U Chicken across from Monmouth Square. Fuze Eatery owners Bryan and Stalin Larco are hoping to open the eatery’s newest location at 15 NJ-36 before the end of the year, though a precise opening date is not currently available.

Referencing Fuze’s new Eatontown home, Bryan states “This is a long time coming. We’re really excited about this location.”

As the name suggests, Fuze Eatery Empanada House & Smoothie Bar specializes in the Latin delicacy. The hand-made empanadas and smoothies are always prepared to order. The menu features both savory and sweet empanadas, as well as build you own smoothie options.
