Bronco Billy’s Casino in Cripple Creek is preparing for more eateries to open in the coming months. Joining the lineup is an unnamed Italian restaurant, according to the Gazette.

The Italian joint will open sometime this summer. The resort, which is located at 201 East Bennett Ave. in the casino mountain town, and its sister property (the newly opened Chamonix Hotel), have several new restaurant concepts in the works.

Executive sous chef Nathan Dirnberger has been working closely with chef tournant Jeremy Gomez, and chef/cookbook author Johnny Iuzzini on several updated food options inside the properties and creating new alluring menus.

Recently, Bronco Billy’s underwent extensive exterior renovations alongside the construction of the adjoining Chamonix. The resort has over 800 slots, video poker, keno, blackjack, and roulette, and has won “Best Casino” many times.
